At PE Scholar we use a mix of manual and automated methods (e.g. tools that generate tweets from our content) to engage with our following on Twitter. If you follow us, you can expect between 10-30 tweets a day covering some or all of the following:
- Alerts about newly published content in our community.
- Discussion points surrounding Physical Education and related fields.
- Updates & information from the PE Scholar team about what we’ve been doing, or are working on.
- Occasional tweets about individuals/organisations we’re proud to be working with, or think you’ll enjoy hearing about.
If you follow us on Twitter we will usually follow you back. This is not an automated process, and we will not follow you if your profile contains anything our team deems unsuitable. Being followed by us does not imply endorsement of any kind, and we reserve the right to stop following you at any time, without justification.
We regularly monitor our Twitter account(s) during office hours, Monday to Friday. Twitter may occasionally be unavailable and we regret that we cannot responsibility for lack of service due to downtime.
@Replies and Direct Messages
We always welcome feedback, positive discussion and ideas from our followers, and we endeavour to join in the conversation where possible. However, despite every effort, we are not always able to reply individually to every message we receive via Twitter. If you have tried to contact us via Twitter but did not receive a response, please contact us directly and we will respond.
