A sample lesson includes the Move task from Lesson 1 of the Mind & Movement resource, exploring the movement skill of drawing and gives a task for developing a solo phrase into a duet. It can be used with students from Key Stage 2 and upwards.
A gymnastics counter balance task card that can be used as a student led task, allowing the teacher to support and extend pupil learning. Students can create their own balances and rate them in terms of difficulty.
