A few worksheets that I have created to allow any non-participants to still take part in your lesson. These can also be used with pupils as performance analysis tasks, and to bring literacy into the classroom. Very useful when you link them to assesment levels.

My suggestions on making this non participation “off the chain”:
I modified mine to have students give me an example of what muscles are being used in each Components of Fitness.
So for example: in the MUSCULAR ENDURANCE- I had a student write down that in a game of basketball there is a lot of running. So he wrote down the muscles of the calf (gastronomies), quads and hammys.
