It’s believed that the practice of yoga began in India between 5000 and 1000 B.C. as a form of meditation. Today, many people participate in various forms of yoga to increase flexibility and strength while promoting relaxation. This resource covers the ‘Fun’ Salutation and a number of additional poses.
