Badminton sequences get progressively harder (1 easy, 10 hard). Print each sequence number on a different coloured piece of card. Pupils work in groups of three or four.
Each group starts at sequence card 1. Two perform the activity as one player calls out the sequence of shots. Once the sequence is complete, the pupils then change over to ensure all pupils achieve the sequence. When sequence is completed by all pupils in the group, the must get the next sequence (sequence 2).
Differentiated cards help challenge higher level performers. Any questions just message for further explanations.
