Each exercise is given a name that describes the activity, which can be easily changed as required.

Square run away- holding a boxing guard and stance move around a square if cones as fast as possible using correct boxing footwork, always facing forwards.
Knockout return- combination of punches of your choice from standing (dependant on experience) then lay flat back in floor recover and continue.
Soft shoe shuffle. One partner works in agility ladder and attempts to keep up with partner facing not in ladder. No need to use ladder if none available.
Dip finish- tricep dips on bench/ chair
