Differentiated Fitness Component Lesson

Posted by Hannah Carey
/ April 1, 2014 / 1 Comment

This is a lesson for the GCSE PE Edexcel syllabus on Differentiated Fitness components. However, it could easily be adapted for another syllabus.

Could be used as a revision lesson for year 11’s.

Let me know what you think!

    Hi

Do you have a lesson plan to go with this lesson? If you have it would be a great help. if not a few pointers on how you deliver the lesson would be good. I get the basic principle of how it would be delivered but like i said a plan would be great.
