Welcome to the LifeDojo “Exercise Lifestyle” class!
Spring has arrived… and with it, the compelling sense that we need to get outside, run, work out, and work off the winter gut! We at LifeDojo have the same feeling… gotta fit into our swimsuits come June!
Instead of spending $$$ on a gym, or guilt-tripping yourself into running 10 miles on day one (only to give up a week later); take the time to watch these videos. Science shows us we will fail, unless we get smart about Exercise as a long-term lifestyle.
Over the next 45 days, we will be releasing “episodes” of this class twice a week. By the end of this class, you will:
