This is a presentation that I put together at Shape Minneapolis this April. Using innovative curriculum and progression to teach parkour in classrooms. Constructed from a book, a step by step guide for teaching parkour. I feel that this is the fundamentals of parkour and really gives the teacher the confidence to teach this material while keeping student safe and engaged.
