The aim of this 30-minute session is to create and perform a Christmas Themed Dance using movements that travel, turn, jump, balance and use different levels. The objective is for students to perform basic movements to music to tell a Christmas story.
To get the best from this lesson you will need a CD player (or means to play music), some upbeat Christmas songs playing in the background, the attached flash cards, and a large ventilated space. Also make sure you make provision for water breaks!
