The second resource card is a pupil friendly front crawl reciprocal resource card. It covers basic leg kick, arm pull and breathing technique. It could be used within lessons or extracurricular clubs. Reciprocal cards can be really useful in controlling the number of swimmers in the water and providing peer analysis and feedback.
