A basic sheet covering the seven components of fitness. Students can complete an intital test and can then refer to this throughout the unit to monitor progress.
The fitness file includes some basic personal info (including room for a picture!) and then a set of tests to be completed and then record the results on.
Tests included are: Multi-stage fitness test, vertical jump, grip strength, 35m sprint test, 1 min push up test, 1 rep max, sit and reach.
Finishes with a fitness stengths and areas for improvement section.
