This resource can be used to help check pupil progress in GCSE lessons. Pupils have to make a question at the start of the lesson (based on blooms taxonomy and using either the AO1, AO2 and AO3 question starter). They then complete the task again the end of the lesson. Hopefully resulting in them being able to create a much more complex question given their improved knowledge and understanding.
You could also get pupils to create an AO1, AO2 and AO3 question so they are able to understand the different levels of detail and complexity required for each one. These could then be circulated around the class to be completed.
