Tapu Ae is a fast-paced, strategic Māori ball game that blends elements of netball, tag rugby and target games. It promotes teamwork, communication, and commitment. Played on a basketball or netball court, each end features a goal zone (such as the D) with a target – 3 wooden blocks or cones topped with a ball.
The attached game card outlines the rules, format and defensive tips of the game.
