This is just an example of a SAQ circuit finishing with a volley. This can be used in football training sessions to develop SAQ as part of a warm up before focussing on the skill / application in the game more specifically.

How is this specific to football?
Footballers need to be agile, have quick feet, move both laterally and in linear form and be able to pass/shoot the ball on the volley.
