Kirsty has 30 years of teaching experience within secondary schools and higher education taking on roles including Head of Department, Partnership Development Manager, Assistant Head Teacher, ITT Secondary Programme Manager and is currently the Programme Leader/ Senior Lecturer for the BSc (Hons) PE and Sport Degree at The University of Lincoln. Kirsty is passionate about exploring teaching practices which inspire and ignite passion and enthusiasm in children through the adaptation of a range of different teaching styles and models. In addition to this Kirsty is keen to promote the importance of physical literacy development in children and the confidence of teachers to deliver this in their lessons.
