This is a Trampolining self assessment resource card that can be used for self analysis or peer analysis. There are three different sequences that differ in difficulty.
Each skill is broken down into teaching points and pupils have to identify whether they achieved each particular teaching point during their execution of the skill. It works really well in conjunction with video analysis as pupils can slow down their sequence to evaluate it in more detail.
