PE Scholar Awarded Cyber Essentials Plus

As a company that specialises in supporting the physical education profession globally, we often handle sensitive, personally identifiable information belonging to members of the public. Therefore, we are pleased to announce that last week we were awarded the Cyber Essentials Plus certification in recognition of commitment to information security.

Cyber Essentials Plus takes a deep dive into the technical safeguards we have in place as an organisation, and requires an in depth audit and demonstration of our systems by a qualified assessor. Being awarded this accreditation demonstrates that we take the security of your data seriously.

Cyber Essentials is a Government-backed scheme delivered by IASME and supported by the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) in the United Kingdom. It focuses on five important technical controls which are designed to guard against the most common internet-based cyber security threats. It allows organisations of all sizes to demonstrate their commitment to cyber security. Following this accreditation, you can be confident that our internal information security policies have been examined by experts and are rigorously robust, and our techniques used to prevent cyber threats such as phishing, malware and brute force attacks are resilient enough to be recognised with the Cyber Essentials Plus award.

With our Cyber Essentials Plus certification, we are demonstrating our commitment to our customers that we are serious about security and giving them the peace of mind knowing their data is in safe hands.
