The list below offers a range of online resources that can be used to support PE home learning. They are categorised into general PE, examination PE and websites offering free membership for a limited time only. This is by no means an exhaustive list. If you are aware of other resources please comment on this post and we will add them to the list. Hopefully, these resources will help you plan PE home learning for your classes over the coming weeks.

General PE

Twinkle (EYFS Primary) – A range of PE resources appropriate for EYFS and primary school children.

Move and Learn (EYFS) – Yoga gross movement cards and animal move cards.

Joe Wicks Free Resources – A range of free resources suitable for primary and KS3.

Joe Wicks Movement Videos – Joe Wicks, has teamed up with BBC Children in Need and have created some excellent Move videos. These can be used in the classroom or at home.

PE with Joe – Daily workouts suitable for the whole family.

YST – The Youth Sport Trust, in partnership with their key partner, Complete PE have created some easy to follow activity cards. These activities can be completed within your home environments (inside and outside) – and can be adapted to suit a range of ages and abilities.

Just Dance – A range of music videos to dance along to.

BBC Bitesize – A range of core PE and examination PE content.

Examination PE

Planet PE – Videos covering the GCSE PE syllabus.

The PE Tutor – Videos covering the GCSE and A Level PE syllabus.

Websites Offering Free Membership During Covid-19
